What is motion in reality?

In reality everyone knows what motion is! Look at someone walking; motion is real and not a concept of our mind. Even when sleeping we all move along the Earth around the sun!

Beware this is not physics!

If you "landed" directly (from a search engine) onto this page, this site introduces an alternative to physics that makes sense, namely gravimotion.
Where as motion does not exist in physics (as explained below) motion is integral part of gravimotion's interpretation of Nature.

Motion in Gravimotion's Interpretation of Nature

In the gravimotion's world the motion of an object is an occurence that has its own existence with respect to the object that it moves.
A motion that has its own characteristics, is actually linked or harnessed to the object it moves and performs both translations of itself and the object.

In gravimotion's interpretation of Nature, motion is the fundamental (and sole) ingredient of the universe.
In spite of its role and attributes in the gravimotion world, motion remains a mystery, just as space and time are in physics!
Yet motion is not as controversial as time and space are , motion is physical, time and space are not!

Motion in physics

Actually motion doesn’t exist in physics! What does this claim mean?
Claiming that motion does not exist in physics, means that motion is not considered to be an entity of its own in the science of physics.
In physics motion is far from having the status that time or space are given for instance.
In physics, time, space, force and matter are the basic constituents of the universe, and motion does not belong to that list; motion is only a byproduct of these constituents. Motion is an effect not a cause in physics.
In physics motion is an effect rather than a cause because it is a byproduct of those entities that are force (in acceleration) and inertia (in uniform motion).
Worse motion in its format of uniform motion is frankly ignored in physics, treated as the equivalent to rest (in the inertia law)!

To corroborate the above, motion has not been assigned any measuring unit in physics.
Speed is a mathematical byproduct (a non physical concept) of the two basics quantities of space and time. Speed is not motion.
Einstein describes motion as "positions in space" in function of "time" (read Einstein words). Even though closer to motion's literal dictionary definition, this interpretation defines a trajectory, which for our purpose is not motion either.
Motion can neither be assimilated to "momentum" nor to "kinetic energy", as these involve mass; and motion is definitely not made of mass. If you're not convinced think about the motion that is the translation of light that has no mass.
Above all, in Einstein's relativity theory, motion can become "an abstraction", the reality of which is ignored in favor of another motion!
Motion is not physical in physics!
