The international system of units
Or Physics seven (7) Basic quantities

The 'INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM OF UNITS', abbreviated SI, defines the following seven quantities and the specific methods to build up a physical standard for each, called the unit, against which any other quantity of the same type can be compared.
  1. Length (meter)
  2. Mass (kilogram)
  3. Time (second)
  4. Electric current (ampere)
  5. Thermodynamic temperature (kelvin)
  6. Amount of substance (mole)
  7. Luminous intensity (candela)

What is Time? What is Inertia? What is Motion? Does time exist?

There is nothing like this:

book!

These quantities, are considered to be the building blocks of physics. They are used to express the laws of physics.
Many other quantities can be derived out of the combination of the basic quantities; for instance a 'speed' is the ratio of a length by a time. An acceleration the ratio of a speed by a time, and a force the multiplication of an acceleration by a mass.
Even though it is not specifically mentioned, one must conclude for oneself that in physics there are no other basic quantities than the one chosen in the unit system. This is a necessary consequence of the fact that physics expresses everything in the Universe in terms of these basic quantities.

Physics incoherencies

Strangely enough, other major systems of units have been set in physics, with conversion factors to SI units.
    Think about it!
How could the universe be physically based on one among several set of fundamental quantities depending on human mood or theory considered?

Gravimotion's theory is based on a single fundamental entity

If you "landed" on this page, this site introduces an alternative to physics that makes sense! Namely the Gravimotion theory.
By contrast to physics basic quantities or units and major systems the theory of Gravimotion is based on a single system of a single fundamental entity.
For an introduction to this innovative concept, click on Motion, unifying entity.
The idea simply guarantees simplicity! And by the way every one can comprehend the theory.
The idea also guarantees coherence; there are no incongruous entity, such as the photon, in the gravimotion theory.
Most importantly gravimotion mimics Nature consistency.

Should gravimotion be a true image of reality, there would be only one constituent in the universe and that is motion!
Now "We would be living in motion ... rather than in time!"
